Experience: 3+ Years
Technical Skills:
✅ Design, develop, and deploy AI/ML systems for real-world use
✅ Work with NLP technologies and fine-tune Large Language Models (LLMs)
✅ Use agentic frameworks like crewAI, langgraph, or similar orchestration tools
✅ Build scalable APIs using REST and GraphQL
✅ Work with advanced databases:
– Graph (Neo4j)
– Vector (Pinecone, Weaviate, Chroma)
– SQL/Relational
✅ Deploy solutions on cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure, etc.)
✅ Program in Python, Node.js, or similar modern languages
✅ Utilize tools like TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face, LangChain
✅ Preprocess, clean, and evaluate ML data/models

AI Engineer
Experience: 1-2 years
Requirements:
✅ Basic understanding or academic experience in designing and developing AI/ML models.
✅ Interest or exposure to Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Large Language Models (LLMs).
✅ Eagerness to learn agentic frameworks like crewAI, LangGraph, or similar tools.
✅ Familiarity with backend development (REST APIs, GraphQL is a plus).
✅ Basic knowledge of databases – relational (SQL), vector (like Pinecone, Chroma), or graph (like Neo4j).
✅ Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) is a bonus.
✅ Comfortable with Python or Node.js for writing clean, maintainable code.
✅ Hands-on experience (even academic or hobby projects) with ML frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Hugging Face.
✅ Basic knowledge of data cleaning, feature engineering, and model evaluation techniques.
✅ Understanding of software development tools like Git, and basic CI/CD concepts.

AI Solution Engineer
Experience: 2+ Years
Requirements:
✅At least 2+ years of hands-on experience developing and deploying Al solutions focused on computer vision in real-world projects.
✅Work with large-scale image/video datasets, performing preprocessing, augmentation, and annotation pipeline development.
✅Experience with OpenCV ,different detector architecture(YOLO, DETR) and classifier architecture(Resnet, EfficientNet, Vision Transformer).
✅Optimize vision model inference and deployment using tools like ONNX, TensorRT, or TorchScript.
✅Skilled in backend engineering including API development(FastAPI or Flask), sql databases and websocket protocol.
✅Experience deploying and managing AI applications on cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP or Azure.
✅Proficient in Python and modern AI/ML frameworks with a solid understanding of machine learning workflow.
✅Familiarity with Git, CI/CD pipeline, docker containers.
Knowledge on LLMs(Rag, Agents, MCP) will be a plus.
✅Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Nepali.
✅Self-motivated learner with a passion for exploring and adopting new technologies.
